Component 1: Infrastructure for producing National Accounts

Activity 1.1. Support for the Conceptual harmonisation;

Component 2: Preparation of an Agricultural Census

Activity 2.1. Preparative Actions for the implementation of the Agricultural Census;
Activity 2.2. Design and implementation of the pilot census;
Activity 2.3. Development of methodological prerequisites for the launching of the full Agricultural Census;
Activity 2.4. Training and study tour;
Activity 2.5. Recommendations for the dissemination of pilot and full census results

Component 3: Upgrading the ICT System

Activity 3.1. Review and assessment of the current ICT system; 
Activity 3.2. Feasibility study for improvements to the current ICT system;
Activity 3.3. Decision based on feasibility study results and support for the elaboration of a new ICT strategy

Component 4: Developing Communication and Dissemination

Activity 4.1. Policy of dissemination, standardisation and organisation;
Activity 4.2. Practicing functions of dissemination, communication and Public Relations;
Activity 4.3. Tools and means to support customs oriented dissemination
